The sudden shift to remote streaming events due to the pandemic has caught both content providers and event organizers unprepared to deliver live high quality streaming and video-on-demand services. Organizations simply plug in the EdgeCaster to the Internet and connect their video devices to the HDMI port. Nomad automatically detects and securely registers the EdgeCaster device as a new input allowing companies to begin live video streaming, securely, to their audience within minutes of unboxing.
Nomad leverages the enterprise-class capabilities of AWS Elemental Media Services, such as MediaStore and MediaPackage to process and deliver EdgeCaster video streams globally and securely via AWS Cloudfront. Furthermore, Nomad’s live channel and device management capabilities provides an easy-to-operate intuitive platform for managing many EdgeCaster devices simultaneously… scaling with the needs of the audience.
